singnane
Hi, I visited India in 2009 and never got a chance to go back. I'm planning to visit this year. I got my H1B transferred to another employer in 2010 and have been working with them since then,. I work under CVVC model and my I-140 is approved. 1. Will there be any issue when I go for stamping(Delhi)? 2. What all documents would I need? Link to comment

Your employer should provide you a set of documents including, I-129 petition, LCA copy, offer letter and other (they do generally carry a set of documents) 4. Letters from client and both vendors 5. MSA (Master service agreement) between employer to vendor2, vendor2 to vendor1 and vendor1 to client (this just explains the chain of contracts between them) 6. Latest bank statements (they do not need this technically but people say good to carry) 7. Original interview appointment letter I believe this should be all good, if you want more info follow this https://www.immihelp.com/visas/h1b/h1-visa-documents.html Link to comment
