i got RFE FOR My recent H1B extension

there is a question asking 

1. roles and responsibilities

2. how is your mechanical engginering relevant to Computer programming

i have more than 10 yrs exp on the IT

Need help for the following

1  . what answer i can provide for the second one

2. for a scenario where RFE turns in to denied , is there anyway we can repply extension

3. if inhave to leave how much time i can borrow
