mohanar82 Posted October 2, 2017 Report Posted October 2, 2017 Hi All, Need suggestions for my current situation. I have a valid H1B through my employer and last year they started my GC process. As of Feb 2017 my PERM/Labour was approved and my I140 was filed in July and it is currently being processed by USCIS. Now that my client is closing the office in my current location and wants me to move to a his different location. Job or profile being the same its just the location that is going to change. I need to understand few things here, 1) Will my I140 filing still valid? 2) Should my employer file the PERM or I140 again?
