Planning_F1_TO_H1b Stamping In Canada In Jan 2018

Hello All,

                 I am planning for  H1B stamping, this is first H1b Stamping in Canada after F1 Stamping from India.

Here is my case 

 

1)Came to US on University I20 Jan 2014 and later converted to NPU in Jan 2014 and recently got H1 approval from 2017 to 2020, 

2) Planning to go to Canada for H1b stamping.  Which consulate is better in Canada in terms of 221g. 

3) LCA Wage level is 1

4) I am working at client place on EVC -Model

2) There is nothing like best. Every where it is same.

NPU - I guess it lost its accreditation. I see few people posting posts here about this.

So, you got the F1 with an I-20 from another university and immediately transferred to that fraud NPU? Getting an F1 for these fake schools apparently is impossible...

A big red flag right there.

Then you are on Wage Level 1. Another red flag.

And you are in EVC. Yet another red flag.

Geez. You really managed to be a poster boy for abuse of the rules. This kind of stuff is why they are making it harder and harder to get an H1.

Expect a stamping denial.
