Anil K Kulkarni Posted October 2, 2017 Report Posted October 2, 2017 Hi, I have I-140 approved. applied for extension October 28th 2016 my H1b expired on Feb 15 2017. answered RFE in august. what are my options at this time? I am with the same employer over 6 years now. is there any way to expedite the USCIS process? if so how.. Your earliest answer is appreciated.
super_123 Posted October 2, 2017 Report Posted October 2, 2017 Hello, You should be hearing back from USCIS within 60 days from the day when USCIS received your RFE response. If you do not hear back from USCIS even after 60 days, your attorney can follow up with USCIS on your case. Thanks !
Rakee Posted October 4, 2017 Report Posted October 4, 2017 H1 change of employer filed with I140. It has been 3 weeks, cheque cashed but no receipt yet. has any one experienced a similar thing? Vermont.
