i485 and EAD for kid on L2

Dear,

i140 is being applied (unfortunately cannot apply i485 concurrently) on EB1-C and I am currently  in L1 with Spouse and Kids on L2. Once I get the i140 receipt number can I do the following

1. Apply i485 for all the family members (Spouse and Kids) -- This is re-confirmation as most of the site do say it is possible

2. Can I apply for EAD for my kid who is 19 years old (Do understand can apply for my Spouse definetly)
