dl280819 Posted October 1, 2017 Report Posted October 1, 2017 Hi , I have got the H1B extension in Aug 17 and currently in USA . It is valid till 2020 . My Dependents had traveled to USA in 2017 and after 3 months they returned to India. they had got validity till Aug 2017 stamped in their Passport . I am currently employed in company A in USA and extension approval is for company A . I am planning to apply for H4 dependent visa extension from Company A from INDIA . If I join a new company B in USA after my dependents got extension through company A , Will they be able to travel to USA while my H1B transfer going on from company A to company B ? or do they need to again go for extension from Company B in order to travel to USA ?
