They got their I94 for 6 months at port of entry, which is ending in november 2017. In between their stay in USA we went to Mexico for 4 days and while way back to USA at port of entry they got their new I94 till March 2018. My question is, can they extend their stay in USA till March 2018?
pontevecchio Posted September 30, 2017 Report Posted September 30, 2017 Yes, They can. Obviously a new recruit made an error. But they do have an I94. The only thing to bear in mid is for them stay away for a couple of years before their next trip.
