GC for mom 30 /60 /90 day rule

Hello

i hope you guys can help me.My ma came from India in June1. Her initial i94 validity was till Nov25. In sep, we went to carribean for a week and while coming back, it was from another port of entry and a new i94 was generated for her. Now her new i94 is valid till March 08.

question: which i94 is valid?old or new one? Do I have to wait 90 days from sep 2 to submit her papers for GC application?
