I have a H4 visa valid till last week of november 2017 which I got stamped when my husband was with company A. Now he works for company B and has petition pending approval. My I539 has also been filed but it was done after i traveled to india. Please advise if I can travel back to US in my current scenario.
pontevecchio Posted September 28, 2017 Report Posted September 28, 2017 The visa is fine. But you need to show his petition approval for the company he is currently working for. So you need his H1 petition approval to return. Your I-539 has no connection to this scenario.
