Hi

I have 2 approval notice (one from cap-exempt, one from cap-subject) employer and both are approved as Consular processing. Does it matter which one I go stamping with? If i take the approval notice from cap-exempt employer for stamping, would I still be counted toward the cap for the future?

You have been cap subject. So it should not matter who you work for. But in view of recent legal shenanigans by these idiots, get a Lawyer's opinion.
