alokgm12 Posted September 27, 2017 Report Posted September 27, 2017 Hello, Need your kind view on following situation: Background: From company A: H1B Stamped from 10Jan2008 to 21Mar2010; Stayed in in US on H1B from 25May2008 to 09Oct2008. From Company B: Got L1A stamped from 2Feb2013 to 12Nov2015; Got L1A extension from 13Nov2015 to 12Nov2017. Stayed in US on L1A from 09Feb2013 to 02April2014 and then again from 11Feb2015 to till date i.e. 27Sept2017(presently still in US). My query is: 1. Can my last H1B that was stamped in 2008 can be utilized under CAP Exempt category? So that I can utilize my last H1B. 2. If yes then what is the duration left that can be utilized on H1B? Waiting for an answer on this. Thanks!
