queryI94 Posted September 27, 2017 Report Posted September 27, 2017 Hi Folks , Need suggestion on the below scenario I am on L1B , my I94 is valid until 07/2019, I29S is valid until Jan 2018 and PED is valid until 12/2018 . My spouse passport had to be renewed and the I94 needs to be updated now . I am at Michigan , Could you please suggest what is the best way to get I94 updated ? He has EAD valid until 12/2018 Would submitting I539 form help?
