H1B Wage Level RFE

Hello All,

I applied for my H1b extension in May, 2017 and got a Wage Level RFE last week. My employer had filed my LCA at Level One wage, even though I make more than level Two wage.

My last valid H1b has expired last month, and so my current status validity is effective under the pending H1b extension application along side the 240 day rule.

It would be great if you guys can share your expertise on how may I respond to this RFE.
