Spouse H1B extensions based on husband's approved I-140

Hello Immigration gurus,

                             I have an approved I 140 from an organization and can my wife, who has H1B from a different organization, get H1B extension beyond 6 years based on my approved I-140 ?

Straight answer is NO

That is not possible.

She can, however, get an H4 and an EAD and can work with that EAD as long as you are in H1 status.
