RjRoots Posted August 18, 2011 Report Share Posted August 18, 2011 Date application was mailed to USCIS: June 16th, 2011 Date received receipt from USCIS: June 17th, 2011 Status: Post Decision Activity Approved on: August 17th Waiting for my Hard Copy and curious to know the duration. Looks like the average processing time would be 2 Months.(California Processing center - Regular) I applied last year at same time for my extn in 2010.I got RFE in exactly in one month from the date i applied.i replied RFE in a month.got approval in 10 days after my reply. This Year approved in 2 months without RFE. Good Luck and My prayers for who r all waiting for Extn or renewal. Thanks, Raj Link to comment

If you applied with vendor letter, try submitting your company badge, email conv, PO etc as supporting docs. Is yours an employer-vendor-client model? What did the RFE say? How did you receive your RFE notice? thru email, Hard copy Letter, or thru SMS alert? Please post any updates. Link to comment
