I got picked in the lottery this year and got my H1B approval in July. Planning to go to India in December for the stamping ... My company had applied last year (2016) as well but it wasn't picked in the lottery. Therefore I had to pursue my masters from a school in Phoenix that gave me CPT right away .. My H1B becomes effective Oct 1, 2017 and I plan on traveling to India in Dec. Do you foresee and issues with my stamping ? Its first time stamping for me... And is end of December a good time to go ?Just don't want to be stuck while there- any advice will be super helpful ..thanks

Every case is different so no one can give you a concrete answer on what will or will not happen in case you go for stamping. Dec is holiday season for us consulate and lot of applications are put in admin processing. So I would suggest plan your vacation accordingly and have enough time just in case there is a delay in visa stamping. Good luck!

Yes, I see it. You're working on CPT as a full time employee. That's a very big red flag.

but i got the approval for my H1 and goes into effect Oct 1, 2017. Is it still a red flag as I didn't get a RFE, in fact on the contrary I got the approval? I just need to get the visa stamped.

I am trying to be honest. It will back fire one day, be prepared. I am not trying to scare you, its what happened previously and there are many cases like yours. Just use google to learn more about CPT abuse.
