In F2A category when does Spouse receive the EAD

My spouse is Greencard holder pls can anyone help me giving the step by step guidance how we can receive the EAD and GC subsequently. Appreciate any response.

What is the Priority date for you? What is your current status?

Assuming you are in valid status, you can file an I-485 and EAD when the PD is current.

Thanks for your response. I am currently maintaining my h1B legal status. Yet to file my GC process as part of my spouse's derivative. So once i file my GC process will I be getting EAD immediately or later once the PD becomes current. If my PD becomes current will I not receive my GC ? Kindly advice
