h1b 221g in HYD

Hi All,

Has anyone received H1b 221g in hyd? I received on July 31st and docs submitted on Aug 10th. I didn't see any updates so far?

Pls let me know if anyone in the similar situation. Thank you all

Please let us know whats your case and reason for H1B. Without that info nobody can guess. Normally 221G duration depends on the case.

Hi Gopal,

I've a DUI, 2014. I was issued 221g for medical tests by Panel physician. I've done all the required tests and my reports were sent to Embassy on Aug 10th.  I've mentioned my DUI on DS160 and voluntarily said to consular officer at the time of interview and same day submitted all of my court docs and all other docs related to it.

Can any one suggest me on my above case? Today is 59th days (Including holidays and weekends)  since I attended my interview.

Received an email today to submit my Passport. Case last updated on Sept 28th. But still showing Admin Processing. 

Is it a positive sign? Does any one have an idea?

My case last updated today, 03-Oct-2017. Still it is showing Admin Processing.

My case status changed to 'Issued'. Thank you all for your support.
