CAN_BEAVER Posted September 25, 2017 Report Share Posted September 25, 2017 HI I am a Canadian citizen working on a H1B visa , my employer filed I140 and approved. BTW my country of birth is INDIA. Recently lost my job and my employer is revoking my H1B. My Question is can i apply for TN visa with another employer and how good are chances of approval. Some forums says TN is not dual intent so they might reject TN showing my approved i140. Any piece of advice is appreciated. Link to comment
