vamsik Posted September 25, 2017 Report Posted September 25, 2017 i am working from home(NH-New Hampshire) for the client xxx (MA-Massachusets), My LCA has NH home address (primary location of work) and MA client address ( secondary location of work) , Now that i am planning to move permanently closer to client location MA (will go to office few days once i move). 1) Do i need to apply for h1b amendment as it is a differnt MSA (metropolitan statistical area) because the primary location (home address) is changing ? i have my client address in LCA already but mentioned as secondary location of work. Please advise.
