Zuma Posted September 24, 2017 Report Posted September 24, 2017 Hi Team, Currently, my Visa has expired, there is an RFE on my VISA H1B extension(Client A). My role with the client(A) who responded to the RFE has been closed. My company has asked me to leave the country without waiting for the RFE response stating there is a risk to stay as client A has closed his role for me. I have however got another role with a client B, and they are ready to take me on board, but my HR states that I should be in a role with Client A till RFE is responded. What are my options? I do not want to leave this country without waiting for RFE response which I think is my legal right. Also I do not want to miss out on new opportunity I have with client B.
