Rockstar99 Posted September 24, 2017 Report Posted September 24, 2017 Hi All, I got my H1b approved on uscis website and I'm planning to goto india this December for stamping.I need your suggestions here, before I graduate from a school in Bay Area my school lost its accreditation and for that reason I got just a year of opt and after getting my opt within 1 month I got placed in a company and working as a contractor and my employer with whom I was working filled H1b and got approved. Now, the question here is it better if I goto india for stamping for first time to india once I become full time of my end client or is it even ok if we go a as contractor as well. I'm little tense please help.
