Hi All,

I got my H1b approved on uscis website and I'm planning to goto india this December for stamping.I need your suggestions here, before I graduate from a school in Bay Area my school lost its accreditation and for that reason I got just a year of opt and after  getting my opt within 1  month I got placed in a company and working as a contractor and my employer with whom I was working filled H1b and got approved.

Now, the question here is it better if I goto india for stamping for first time to india once I become full time of my end client or is it even ok if we go a as contractor  as well.

I'm little tense please help.

If it is not an emergency travel you can wait till you become full time of end client and then go for stamping.
