priya malar Posted September 22, 2017 Report Posted September 22, 2017 Hi, I am with employer A and they applied my H1B extension with my I-140 now, I got the receipt notice and waiting for the approval. Now, 1. I got another offer with employer B, shall I transfer my H1B to employer B now? because now my employer A extension is with USCIS now. I Have I-94 valid for next 2 months. Please advice me.
