Is there concern for less visa duration? Employer is CTS. Last visa stamped with same employer three back. No longer is eligible for interview waiver. please advise!
nmurthy Posted September 20, 2017 Report Posted September 20, 2017 it is perfectly fine to go for stamping after I-140 approval. I have stamped may be 3 times after my I-140 approval. I-140 approval and H-1B stamping has not relation what so ever. Also you can go for stamping in oct/nov even though your visa is expiring in July. You still have 8 - 9 months left.
