Booking F-2 visa appointment

Hi,

I'm scheduling visa appointment for my wife under F-2 visa category. I am having the following doubt in filling up visa appointment. 

Under Student and Exchange Visitor Program Details section, there is an option to enter SEVIS Number. My question is whether I should write my SEVIS number from F-1 I-20 or my wife's SEVIS number from F-2 I-20

Kindly help me with this question.
