Work remotely while waiting for H1B stamp to be issued

I'm currently working in the states on F1- OPT and I have my H1B stamping on October 12th in Toronto. I was wondering if there are any issues with working remotely from Toronto while I wait for the visa to be issued.

There is no issue. It does not have to do any thing with your stamping.

It is up to Canadian law. Unlikely that you will be hauled up. Run this by your employers lawyer if you want.
