sagar_ak Posted September 18, 2017 Report Posted September 18, 2017 I was working with Company A with H1B visa valid until October 2018 . Joined Company B on March 17 and H1b transfer is still in progress as there is no premium available. Can I join a new Company C now ?
Raghu0418 Posted September 19, 2017 Report Posted September 19, 2017 Yes,If Company A h1 should be not revoked from some of the sources.But again when you change company A to Company B,and you pay cycle is on Company B.Now Comany A is no longer in pictures.If the comapny A is not revoked your H1 still,As per law company A should pay you even your not working with them,As per law when you leave any comapny they need to inform USCIS asap. Typically you cant move until Company B h1 approved.

I was in company A and got visa extension till Feb 2020, I transferred my visa to Company B, two months back. Now my visa transfer is still in Progress. I do not want continue company B. I hope, i will get approval soon. I have questions, Once i get approval (Dec 2017), Can i Change immediately company C ? Is that any problem, after 6months, i am changing company B to C ?
