AOS for Spouse while GC in process for Sponsoring member

Hi,

My wife is in USA on L1A Visa and she has initiated her Green Card application through her employer under EB1 category. After 4-5 months, she will be filing for her I-485 form. 

I will be moving to USA after 1 year on L1A visa. Can I apply for AOS while her GC application is still in progress and even after her I-485 filing has been done? Or will I have to wait for her approved GC to come in order to apply for AOS?
