F2 to H1b visa transfer

Hello, I was on H1B visa and I lost my job in July 2015. Immediately I have applied for a change of status to F2 and my case was approved in March 2016. Since then I have been searching but no one is ready and willing to apply for sponsorship. Till today because of no premium processing finding a job is a bit difficult for me. Is someone in the same situation? Can I apply for my h1 visa again and switch back from f2 to H1b? I just used 3 years of my time period on H1b visa but it's been more than 2 years without job. Any thoughts on this!!
