toaditya Posted September 18, 2017 Report Posted September 18, 2017 Hi, My h1b expired on 09/16/2017..my employer applied for extension on 09/11/2017. Packet was received by USCIS processing center on 09/12/2017..i haven't received receipt yet.I-94 Is valid till 09/16/2017.i am legal to stay in US.
aishuuu143 Posted September 18, 2017 Report Posted September 18, 2017 Hi I am similar in like your situation but my H1B will be expiring on 09/16/2019 and my I94 is expiring on 10/16/2017. My employer has filed my LCA on 09/18/2017 which will take another week to get the approved LCA. What is your employer or attorney saying?
