gopi210 Posted September 17, 2017 Report Posted September 17, 2017 My I140 is approved with employer A on 01/29/2016 and i move to company B on 04/11/2016, based on my previous approved I140(Company-A's I140), i have my current h1 approval till 03/31/32019 and h4 ead approval(applied on 10/2016) till 03/29/2019 with Company-A's I140. I140 is in progress with company B. now, i got opportunity with company C. When i looked at the uscis status for company-A's I140 status now, its showing as "Case was reopened" on 04/26/2016. Is it safe to join Company C now? will there be any impact on my h1b transfer with Company C?
