Name is incorrect my Social Security card

Hi Sir/Madam,

 My Full name (Legal name as per my Birth certificate)  is like below:

 My First Name is - Keema Kennana Madyaraamayan Ayann

 My Last Name is – tyagi

 My Naturalization certificate was given as - Keema Kennana Madyaraamayan Ayann tyagi

 This is Correct.

 I have applied Passport and it was also given as:

Sir Name- tyagi

First Name - Keema Kennana Madyaraamayan Ayann

This is also Correct.

So My name was correct on Naturalization Certificate and My Passport documents.

 Now the problem is on my SSN document.

 I went SSN office to update my citizenship information and  they were telling that  My name is in DHS database was stored as below:

 

My First Name is - Keema Kennana

Middle Name is - Madyaraamayan

My Last Name is – Ayann  tyagi

 

 This is a  problem and My First name is divided into 3 pieces as first name, middle name and last name. That means  my last name is changed and they added middle name also.  That is the case how I got my Passport with my full name as per my birth certificate.  I am not sure why they updated my name incorrectly in their database. But my naturalization certificate has my full name and it doesn’t have first name and last name specific column. That’s why I couldn’t identify this issue.
