Vishwa82 Posted September 15, 2017 Report Posted September 15, 2017 Hi, I had a question on my spouse's EAD renewal. I am on L1 and i recently filed for our extension. My wife has receieved her I797 approval notice with the extension. But I have not recieved my extension yet. CAn I still go ahead and apply for EAD renewal for my wife? Or should I wait for my petitition documents and then apply for EAD renewal. Please advise.
