bosuca Posted September 15, 2017 Report Posted September 15, 2017 Based on the recent executive orders implications, is there a minimum wage criteria applied while reviewing the H1B application due for a renewal for candidates with or with out an approved I-140?
copco Posted September 18, 2017 Report Posted September 18, 2017 You have to get paid atleast the prevailing wage mentioned in the LCA. Nowadays it would be safer to be on atleast a wage level 2. Everyone I know with a wage level 1 got an RFE this year.
