Hi,

My H1B Petition got picked which is filed by 2nd employer, received RFE( Case updated online) not received RFE information. Do i have to change the company and run payroll under H1B petitioner even case is pending after October 1st? 

Please let me know your suggestions.

First, nothing can be transferred when the H1 is not approved.

Second, a transfer is only possible if you have started working on the approved H1 for the original employer.
