I have not traveled even once to US. Will my Visa be valid and will the new company be able to make the visa transfer from my previous company? A suitable guidance from you would be helpful? Raghu0418 Posted September 19, 2017 Report Share Posted September 19, 2017 Yes,The new company can transfer your H1 and you can travel with your old company visa,in customs you have to explain the exact situations. Else you can go once approved h1 with new company for the stamping again for the avoid confusion at customs. Link to comment
