I am currently working with H4 EAD and the validity is going to expire in 2 months. My spouse has an approved I-140 and we have applied the H1 and H4 extensions last month and the approval is pending

Please advise whether we can apply H4 EAD renewal with H1  and H4 receipt notice. The I-765 form requires most recent I-797 Notice of approval for H1 extension I-129.
