Looks like the payment options and mode of payment got changed for reserving slot on site.

It does not give me option to use creditcard.

Any idea?

Use an agent for Matamoros. Since you can pay the fee online.  The fee should be given in a bank in Mexico and secure a number that is needed to book a slot.

I recommend agents who handle these.
