I-485 order of processing

COB: India

My priority date is Dec 2015 but I filed for I-485 only in Apr 2017. 

I know that several people who did concurrent filing in Dec 2015, have already got their GC. 

When EB1-C becomes current (for India) again in Oct 1, 2017, will my application be considered

as Dec 2015 application ( based on PD) or as Apr 2017 application?

When can I expect my application to be picked based on pending inventory etc?

I need to plan for a travel out of US and do not want to travel with AP.

Thanks Pontevecchio. I understand that my PD remains as Dec 2015

My question is more like 

"Will my I-485 application be considered ahead of someone who filed I-140/I-485 concurrently in calendar year 2016, assuming his/her I-140 is approved and only I-485 is pending?? Basically, Is PD used to calculate only for visa availability or is it used for order of processing also??
