After that came to USA with different consulting firm "Company B" as a Contractor. Now, the "Company A" USA office is Offering managerial position. Will i be eligible for the EB1 Processing ? pontevecchio Posted September 13, 2017 Report Posted September 13, 2017 I am puzzled. Are you a Doctor? If not you are posting in the wrong area. In general run your credentials by the firm of Murthy or any of your choice and find out what you may qualify for Immigration wise.
