Hi Could you please help me on Max Out calculation based on the below information.

Date Landed in the USA on L1 Visa   : 07/22/2009

Date Returned to India                      : 10/01/2010

Date Landed in the USA on L1 Visa  : 03/19/2011

Date L1 Visa expired                          : 06/21/2012

While on L1,  H1B petition Applied and it got approved in Sep 2012.

Date B1/B2 visa applied                    : 06/20/2012 

Date went back to India                     : 12/21/2012

Date returned to the USA on H1B Visa    : 09/29/2014

Date H1B Visa expires                      : 10/05/2017

what would be the Max Out Date?
