Shank5 Posted September 11, 2017 Report Posted September 11, 2017 Hi I am currently on my Cap Gap which ends on Sept 30th. My OPT expired in July-2017 and I currently have an RFE on my H1B. My immigration team suggested that I can either go to another country and work or stay in the US and get terminated and get re-hired after approval comes through. can someome suggest if I can take unpaid leave instead of termination?
