Can we quit GC sponsoring employer after 3 months ?

Can we quit GC sponsoring employer after 3 months ? this is GC with Eb2  employer based. if i got GC on Aug 8 th , Can i quit and join an other company on NOv 10th ? would this cause issue with Naturalization ? please advise.

It depends on the individual circumstances. There is no clear yes or no answer. Changing jobs too early can result in accusations of fraud. What is "too early"? That's what depends on the circumstances.
