pnadella Posted September 8, 2017 Report Posted September 8, 2017 I have filed my H1B Transfer with Receipt date on 07/17/2017 in regular as there is no premium processing. I have my previous approved petition till July 2019 from my previous employer. The current project based on which my petition is filed is ending end of this month(September) though they said it will be for 6 months initially. My Transfer petition is still pending. Can I file an amendment if I get a new project in a different location with a different client? Will there be any issues in the final decision of the amended petition if the current transfer petition will get denied with any RFE like client letters etc. after September as the current client will not be able to support once I am done with the project? Please suggest my options here...Appreciate any quick help.
