H1b Stamping while travel

Hello,

I am on H1b (extension based on 140), but i need stamping. I am planning to travel to Singapore in december from the US. During the stay there will travel to India for 2 weeks or so. In this case where will have to get my stamping done, in singapore or in India? Any inputs are greatly appreciated.

Better to get it in India as you are going there anyways.

I would recommend if its very imp DO NOT TRAVEL lots of cases are put on AP. I have been stuck for past 55 days in London came for vacation.
