Entry to US after College coursework being completed without OTP

I have travelled to India for a medical emergency while i have already applied for OTP on July 27. And my college coursework ends on Nov 27 and i have not received any approval of my OTP till now and my question is if i want to enter to US after Nov 27 can i do that. Or do I need to wait till My OTP is approved. Or Should i Come back before Nov 27.

Please Help
