Right now I am in Cap gap and my h1b is in process as I recently(45 days) answered to my RFE to USCIS. I have a uncle(Mother's brother) who is citizen and wants to sponsor me the green card. My mother died when I was one year old and from then I have been with my grand parents(Mother's father). I don't have contacts with my father from then. Can he sponsor me the green card? Will I face any issues ?What is the process for that if he can sponsor me ?
