H1 B transfer while amendment is in RFE status

Hi, 

Here is my situation. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. 

Company A - Employer

Company B - Vendor

Company C - Implementation Partner

Company D - Client

Started working for Client D from may 2nd week. Since work place change, my employer filed H1 B amendment and it went into RFE status.

in between i got an offer from implementation partner for the same client and accepted the offer. They initiated H1 B transfer and got the receipt last week.

So, my question is if there is any issue if i start working on receipt for the same client through implementation partner?

Do i need to ask my current employer to withdraw amendment which is in RFE status ?

Since all these things are in flight status, my employer called me today and informed that we need to withdraw H1 B amendment and re file it with higher or increased wage since RFE is related to wage.

Not sure how to proceed. Thanks for your suggestion and advice in advance.
