I already planned for my india vacation and i need to get my h4 stamping done. Will i be able to go for stamping with his new h1 b transfer receipt notice? He wont be getting his approval notice now as premium processing is suspended.. i can provide any other supporting letter from his current employer plus i will have his previous h1 b approval notice.

Sorry its not H4 transfer. .its H4 stamping when H1 transfer is pending..
